Pump Units

With the requirements of engineers ever increasing, WEBB-ELEC LTD has diversified into the repair of equipment allied to the electric motor. A prime example of this is that of pump units. At WEBB-ELEC LTD, we offer a complete strip down, repair, overhaul and rebuild service for the pump head while the motor side is being repaired.

Replacement carbon seals are fitted along with all other manufacturers spares such as impellers and wear rings that may be required to place the unit back into full working order. Metalspray of seatings is often required. Once assembled, the unit is fully water tested on a specially designed test rig to ensure that the carbon seal has bedded in correctly with no leaks or that the gland packing is correctly tensioned.
